In the hills above Cusco, Peru...

...there is a beautiful little orphanage called El, Girasol, the Sunflower. Susan was there for the summer, as a volunteer doing humanitarian work. Ryan flew down about two and half months after Susan had arrived. After realizing that there was a connection, Ryan asked Susan on a date. Susan said yes however he would have to come up to Utah to do so. The end of the summer, Ryan drove the 12 hours up to Utah from Arizona to take her out. Their first date was the watching a movie under the stars at the state capital and going out for Sushi. They continued to talk on the phone, Skype and make the long drives and flights to see each other. It didn't take them long to realize they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together.
